A native of Canada, Kelsey T. Howard has been working in the film and television industry for more than 2 decades.
Howard has worked as 1st assistant director and producer/director on more than 30 film and TV projects.
In 2003. He formed Primetime Pictures, a Los Angeles-based independent production company specializing in innovative high-quality feature films.

DR. ROBERT AMONIC
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Amonic is a practicing plastic surgeon in West Los Angeles. He completed undergraduate study and medical school at UCLA and went on to be an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at the university for 25 years. Major Amonic served as Chief of Base Surgical Services in the Air Force during the Viet Nam era. His medical activities have centered around Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica where he has served as Chief of Staff and as a member of the Board of Directors. He currenly sits on the Saint John's Health Center Foundation Board of Trustees, and is a Director of the Mammoth Hospital Foundation.
Patrick Ryan
Board Member
Patrick L. Ryan II served as a career member of the Foreign Service for 12 years, lastly as a senior Political Officer in the U.S. Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria. With a background in politics, finance, national security, communications and diplomacy, he has a global network of contacts, as well as extensive foreign experience in over 160 countries. He currently consults on energy, media and philanthropic projects in Africa and Asia.

JOE BARTOLOME
Chief Operations Officer
Joe is a Campus President for International Education Corporation, the parent company of UEI College. Since 2008, Joe has operated four different college campuses, earning the "President of the Year" award in 2011. Joe's participation with This Time has a more personal meaning. His parents emigrated from the Philippines to the United States in the 1960's then started their family after settling in Los Angeles. With his mother being a school teacher, Joe and his brother and sister understood the value of education, learning that desire and commitment can open new opportunities.
John Pacheco
Board Member
John has recently formed the Innovative Solutions Network after stepping down as CEO of the Santa Monica Chapter of the American Red Cross. The success of the chapter was a result of his exceptional leadership skills. He holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Clinical and Community Psychology.
Jennifer Weston
Board Member
Jennifer specializes in Residential Real Estate for Engel and Volkers which is an international Luxury Brokerage based out of Westlake Village, CA. Although this appears to be the main focus of Jennifer's life, her main focus is devoted to her daughter Natalie. It's important to Jennifer as a mother that she sets an example to her daughter by putting the needs of others and having compassion for those that are less fortunate . By utilizing Jennifer's skills of sales and marketing , this allows Jennifer to successfully participate in creating great things for the foundation.
